My wife and I truly enjoyed the pleasure of meeting you and talking about the bird nests and your love of nature last Saturday. You have a wonderful store that I consider to be a “birder’s paradise”. Also, I personally wanted say THANK YOU for the gift of the bird nest. It was a nice gesture on your part and a neat addition to my collection, which is already in the display case. I believe it belonged to a chipping sparrow. While some other species will use animal or human hair for nesting, the chipping sparrow is the most common bird to construct its nest lining using animal hair, particularly horse hair.
Never the less, I just wanted you to know how much I appreciated your gift and your kindness. You have an awesome collection of nests and we were especially excited to see a real hummingbird nest. We look forward to visiting you in the future and wish you continued success.
Should I come across any nests that you don’t have, I’ll know who to contact.
P.S. Thanks again for making our travels through the “back roads of Ohio” memorable and keeping the wonderful village of Lithopolis vibrant. Your enthusiasm for nature is contagious.

Thank you so much for suggesting the hanging tray to put under my bird feeder.
Best money I ever spent ! Once the birds empty the feeder I just take the seed in the
tray and put back in the feeder. I may have to get another one for my other feeder.

Was in dire need of a Squirrel Baffle for a 4x4” post my bird feeders were attached to.
It had to be special ordered but you got it to me in one day’s time. Thanks for the speedy service. Needless to say, I have a group of ticked off squirrels, hahaha.

I just wanted to write and thank you and let you know we won the war!
On my recent visit to Ohio, my sister suggested we stop by your shop. I was interested to see what yet another bird store told me about winning the war of the squirrels.......ha, ha.
You took the time to talk to me and gave me numerous ideas and products to choose from to help me win the war, thus feeding the birds and not the squirrels. I decided on a pole with a long baffle and was still very skeptical.
When I returned home to MO., my husband put up our new pole, baffle and feeder. It wasn't 20 minutes and here come the squirrels!!!!!!!!!!! To our amazement, they could not get on the feeder. Now they just look at it in longing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
